THE VENUE
It is the responsibility of the client to make sure that all equipment will fit into the space provided at the venue. Our equipment requires a solid floor to stand on and has to be fully shielded from weather conditions. When an event is set up in a Marquee or outdoor space, it is the clients’ responsibility to make sure that our equipment will not be subject to damp or wet conditions, and that our staff is not subjected to sub-standard working conditions (such as no heating or ventilation). Capital casino Events and their representatives reserve the right to refuse to set up if these conditions are not adhered to. If the client fails to supply suitable conditions for set up, as described above, this will be taken as a cancellation by the client (please see our cancellation policy above). Although we endeavor to communicate with a venue, it is the clients’ responsibility to make sure that we have suitable access prior to, and post-event. If the venue refuses entry for any reason, we bear no liability and as such, this will be taken as a cancellation by the client. (please see our cancellation policy above). We accept no responsibility for late or cancelled events due to venue difficulties, not previously discussed or arranged.
NON-PAYMENT
Capital casino Events requires full, cleared payment for all events prior to arrival NO EXCEPTIONS. In the event that payment is not received prior to arrival, and ANY invoices are outstanding and remain unpaid for your event, this will be taken as cancellation by the client (see cancellation policy above) and any deposits given will be forfeit.
IT IS THE CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT FULL CLEARED PAYMENTS FOR ALL REACH US PRIOR TO ANY EVENT, THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
PROTECTION OF OUR EQUIPMENT
Our equipment is valuable and we regularly update and maintain it to ensure that we are offering the best product possible. With this in mind we do not allow food or drink to be consumed whilst a guest is using our services. This may be politely enforced on the night and we request that clients (and their venues) provide side tables for use in our working area. Any guest that is judged to be a danger to the equipment or our staff, through intoxication, improper use or for any other reason, will be denied use of our equipment. This is an extreme measure and one that we do not wish to use. We further request that clients and venues do not move or handle our equipment once it is assembled and in place. We do not authorise any third party to move, dismantle, use or otherwise interact with our equipment without a member of our trained staff present. Any damage to our equipment caused by an unauthorised third party will be chargeable.
